A Life of Service and Dedication
Peter Espinosa has spent his life serving — his country, his community, and his neighbors.
After immigrating from Havana, Peter grew up across Miami in neighborhoods like Calle 8, Hialeah, and
Miami Lakes. During his senior year of high school, he made a defining choice: to serve his country by
joining the U.S. Army. He completed his education at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, home of the 82nd
Airborne Division.
As a proud paratrooper, Peter trained in airborne operations, combat readiness, and leadership, rising
to the rank of Sergeant (E-5). He attended the NCO Academy and served six honorable years in the
Armed Forces before receiving an honorable discharge.
Career and Community Commitment
After military service, Peter continued to serve in the private sector, beginning with Eastern Airlines and
United Airlines at Miami International Airport. In 1994, he joined UPS, where he has built a 31-year
career.
Today, Peter is a Senior Account Manager in Business Development for the UPS Healthcare Division,
managing clients throughout Florida. His leadership is defined by integrity, consistency, and a
commitment to excellence.
A Doral resident since 1994, Peter is deeply involved in civic life. He founded the Veterans Breakfast
Club of Doral, a monthly gathering promoting fellowship and resources for veterans and families. He
also founded CDSRUNCLUB, uniting residents around health, fitness, and community spirit.
He has also served as Vice President of his HOA in Costa del Sol, volunteered on city advisory boards,
and completed CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) training — reflecting his passion for
public safety and community preparedness.
